ClubMember, combined with MYOB, enabled me to reduce the time spent administering the membership and accounts for the club from 3 days per week to 5 days per month!
In the "old days", some complex reports took hours to compile manually (using spreadsheets). Now, incorporated into ClubMember, those reports take seconds.
For example,
- membership Reminders with renewal fees based on age (juniors, etc)
- club affiliation fee calculations
- membership breakdown by age and type
- membership gains or losses
And finding or updating a member's information is extremely easy.

Every time I encountered a report or task that needed time and/or effort to complete, it was added to ClubMember.
Some might say I'm biased - and they'd be right!
