Why can't I see the New or Clone button?
Your user settings have been set so that you are unable to create a new record.

2. Double-click the relevant record.
3. Tick Can add new record and Save
If you are not an Administrator user, you will need to get your Administrator to do this for you.

1. Select Edit users from the Prefs & Users menu.
2. Double-click the relevant record.
3. Tick Can add modify records and Save
If you are not an Administrator user, you will need to get your Administrator to do this for you.

Why can't I see the Delete button?

In the latter case:
1. Select Edit users from the Prefs & Users menu.
2. Double-click the relevant record.
3. Tick Can add delete records and Save
If you are not an Administrator user, you will need to get your Administrator to do this for you.

Why can't I see a New member created by another user?

another user created a new member while you had the Members window open, and
you cannot see the new member in your member list.

To see the new member
1. Close the members window.
2. Re-open the members window.
Provided your Filter settings will allow it, the new member will now be included in your members list.

Why Can't I Import a File?
If, after selecting a file to be imported, nothing happens, check that the file you selected is not already open with another application (eg Excel).
